Jumpin’ Good Goat Dairy Tour

Early summer is a great time to visit Jumpin’ Good Goat Dairy because there are dozens of new baby goats (kids) to meet. Supervised children (and adults!) may even pet the kids. We’ll also have a chance to learn and ask questions about the dairy goat business as we tour the barns, the milking area, peek into the cheese making facility, enjoy the aromatic environment of the cheese cave, and have a chance to purchase some of their tasty products.

Jumpin’ Good Goat Dairy is dedicated to sustainable agriculture, the education of local food systems, respectfully raised livestock and delicious cheese making.

There will be a carpool from Salida leaving at 1:00 pm. Information will be provided to those who register.

The cost of the program is $10 for members and $12 for non-members; youth under 18 are $6. A portion of the fees support coordination and promotion of GARNA programs.

Space is limited, registration is available via the paypal button below. Please note: you do not need a paypal account, only a credit card. Additional information and registration confirmation will be sent via email closer to the date.

Many GARNA programs require a Liability Release Form be filled out each calendar year.

Your registration is secured upon receipt of payment, as long as there space is still available in a program. If you prefer not to register online (recommended), you may mail a check, made out to “GARNA” to the address below or stop by the office. Please include a note with the program you are registering for. Be aware, some programs sell out quickly, and we cannot confirm your spot with a mailed registration.

Cancellation policy:

If we are notified of your need to cancel by 24 hours of program date, your program fee will be refunded except for a $3.00 administrative fee. No refunds within 24 hours or after the event (but most events are transferable). If minimum enrollment has not been met 2 days before program date, programs will be cancelled and we will refund the full amount.
