The Salida Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Arkansas River Nature Association (GARNA) announce the Salida Distillery as the 2025 Sustainable Salida Business of the Year. The celebration will be at the Salida Distillery on November 10 at 6pm with a special edition of Green Drinks for other businesses to learn how to get involved as a sustainable business.
During the celebration, Salida Distillery owners Maggie and Gabe Barnard will share in more depth on how their sustainable implementations have impacted operations and how they continue to apply certain practices on a daily basis. Salida Distillery is a Gold Member for the Colorado Green Business Network.
As part of Green Drinks, GARNA and the Chamber will also share about the history of Sustainable Salida, and how the program is evolving to a wider Green Biz Program to support any business in Chaffee County interested in operating with the environment in mind.

Many GARNA programs require a Liability Release Form be filled out each calendar year.
Your registration is secured upon receipt of payment, as long as there space is still available in a program. If you prefer not to register online (recommended), you may mail a check, made out to “GARNA” to the address below or stop by the office. Please include a note with the program you are registering for. Be aware, some programs sell out quickly, and we cannot confirm your spot with a mailed registration.

Cancellation policy:
If we are notified of your need to cancel by 24 hours of program date, your program fee will be refunded except for a $3.00 administrative fee. No refunds within 24 hours or after the event (but most events are transferable). If minimum enrollment has not been met 2 days before program date, programs will be cancelled and we will refund the full amount.
